We are hiring organizers to assist with in-home organizing projects on an as-needed basis. While we tend to staff most team members from 20-40 hours per week, our schedule fluctuates between periods of consistent work to slow weeks or months. Therefore, our ideal candidate is not dependent upon this role as your primary income source.

All employees start in an introductory “Runner” role, advancing with experience and skill demonstration to our Assistant Organizer, and Lead Organizer roles.

What You'll Do: You will work with other members of the team to declutter, sort, and organize our client's spaces. This job can be very physically demanding so we ask that you are able to lift up to 25 pounds and be comfortable with bending, squatting, and standing for long periods of time (6-8 hour shifts).

Pay Range: $20/hour starting pay with growth up to $35/hour in higher roles.
